I’ve always enjoyed this kind of slow jazz which sounds overly romantic ^^” It’s so dreamy and relaxing though a bit unreal =P Park Hyo Shin’s voice, being deep and husky, suits this genre perfectly. I’m quite surprised by Lee Min Woo’s Valentine’s Day release. Have never thought that he would sing this type of songs… This is sooooo different from his fast, powerful dance songs. Brave attempts indeed and they’re not bad. Can’t find any music videos but here are the links to the audio samples.

My favourite FTTS song of all times =) Though I like their first plug “My Angel” of their most recent 7th album tremendously (“Like a Man” of their 6th album is classic…), “Gravity” is much more exciting with its significantly faster tempo. I’m totally addicted to the verses, especially how Brian and Hwanhee articulate the repeated notes. This stagnant state created by the series of repeated notes sets the stage for the chorus, which carries full power and sweeping motion which sets the melody free. The background chorus and strings are also used to good effect. This song always gives me strength in good times and bad as well.

Love both songs. Great melodies written in major keys but carry such powerful emotions and heartache. It’s such a pity the two songs were used as 3rd / 4th plug only. Ivy’s live performance is amazing and I’m sure the audience would have shared the same view judging from their reaction during the instrumentals. I’m deeply touched by Brian’s recording of “사랑하지 않으니까요” every time I listen to it, but I must say that his live performance completely spoiled the atmosphere of the song. Holding that extra long note was merely a show-off of singing skills. That excessive long pause was also too distracting for the audience. Anyways, it’s interesting looking at the lyrics of both songs side by side…
